Recommendations

Fit Dance classes conducted by Justyna are interesting and varied, there is something for everyone .The trainer herself is so nice, she takes care of relaxed and friendly atmosphere during the classes. I also had a chance to participate in other Justyna’s classes – “Get back in shape after pregnancy”, “Flow Streching” and “Pilates mix healthy spine” and all of them have been really good, in my opinion. I have recommended Slow Move to my friends more than once and, thanks to me, one of them is taking part in individual classes which had helped her recover. J Slow Move came out of nowhere for me, it’s intimate, very close to home, it definitely meets my expectations, it’s exactly what I need. 🙂
