A yoga instructor (a 200h course in India by Yoga Alliance) , a teacher and a cultural animator. Currently, she is studying “Relaxation and yoga” at the University of Physical Education in Warsaw. She has participated in many movement, dance and drama workshops (including choreotherapy, Development Movement by Veronica Sherborne). She has extensive experience in running physical and educational activities for children and adults. She is an author of a food healthy life style blog– Feel Better. At Slow Move, she teaches Gentle Yoga and Vinyāsa Yoga.
